Contract Summary

Realtime were part of the team whom delivered a new mixed-use research and development building including a centralised carparking facility for the estate.

Works included diversions of existing site services including steam, HV & LV Foul drainage and site wide gas supply.

Site wide strip and tree removal, reduced level dig and piling mat installation.

Piling attendance, capping beam construction, temporary works design and installation and reduced level dig.

Installation of all sub-structure works including drainage and services, pile caps, raft slabs, vertical elements from basement to ground floor including waterproof liner walls.

Installation of drainage systems including attenuation requirements and installation of all external works including granite set paving, granite paving, resin bound gravel and all external furniture.

Works were successfully completed on programme in August 2018.
