Shaftsbury Theatre, London

The existing floors of the rear auditorium at the Shaftesbury Theatre are to be lowered to provide better access in and around the theatre and into the planned basement located beneath the Bloomsbury street pavement.
The works consists of service isolations, demolishing of existing fabric, underpinning, formation of new manholes and drainage runs, new RC slabs, basement formation and basic fit out to allow the theatre to reopen to the public.
